Dear BWP Members,
It is time to select Board Members!  Remember to look out for the nominations and voting ballots coming via mail.  All current Breeding Members may vote.  Ballots are due back January 1, 2010, don't delay!

Looking ahead, get ready to advertise in the BWP full color Stallion and Breeding Guide, which will be distributed to all BWP/NAD members and Stallion owners as well as be for sale as promotional merchandise at the BWP WEG Booth in 2010.  Great venue to advertise! Contact Chris Sallee about advertising rates. Nicole Robertson will be contacting stallion owners shortly for data on their stallion they would like to have published in this "Guide". The facing pages for all stallions will be reserved for stallion owners to purchase.

The Annual Meeting is tentatively scheduled for January 9th at Bannockburn Farm in Patricksburg, Indiana.  Please contact Chris Sallee for more info.

The BWP would like to Wish You a Joyous Holiday Season and All the Best for 2010!
Stallion Service Auction
Stallion owners, now is the time to consider donating a breeding to the 2010 BWP Stallion Service Auction. Please contact Nancy Maloney for more info.  The auction will run from Jan 15 - Feb 5, with a second chance auction to be run after the conclusion of the first round.

Remember your stallion's offspring are automatically eligible for the Foal Futurity when you donate a service!  Your 2010 donation will automatically make all your stallion's foals eligible for the 2010 Foal Futurity.  Finalized details on the Futurity can be found here.
