VDL BUBALU enters the BWP as a Permanent Approved Stallion after achieving a Jumping Under Saddle Score of 86 as judged by Boudewijn Schepers during his BWP/NAD Keuring. Shown by his owner / rider Ricardo Villa, VDL Bubalu impressed the judges with his tremendous scope, his Grand Prix showing at 1.5 meters and his impeccable family line.
VDL BUBALU is by the SF approved stallion BALOUBET DE ROUET, Individual Olympic Gold Medalist in Athens 2004 under Rodrigo Pessoa, Triple World Cup Champion (1998, 1999 and 2000) and Team Olympic Bronze Medalist in Sydney 2000.
He is out of the Keur Preferent Prestatie KWPN mare ZANCARA by NIMMERDOR on SHORAYA (Keur Preferent Prestatie). ZANCARA is full sister to National Keur Dams Champion DEHLIA and NRPS approved stallion N-ALDATO. SHORAYA’s female line has produced renowned horses like EDMINTON VDL, WILDROOS, DEKA, ISHAN, ORAYA and CALATO. ZANCARA is also the dam of approved stallions GREAT PLEASURE, MONTREAL VDL and PESSOA VDL as well as the Keur mares DIANCARA (herself dam of approved stallions HIGHLINE and SUNLIGHT VAN DE ZUUTHOEVE), LIANCARA and SANCARA VDL.
