Figaro B's sire, Pavarotti vd Helle has
consistently produced offspring at the highest levels of both
dressage and jumping competition. Pavarotti himself was the reserve
champion of the jumping test for Rheinland and Westfalen as well
as the BWP. Following a trailer accident, Pavarotti became a
champion dressage performer. The descendants of Pavarotti are
notable for their good looks. As well, they combine super movement
with excellent jumping technique.
Figaro B's grandsire, Pilot is
without doubt the best Westphalian producer of jumpers. Pilot
has produced about thirty Grand Prix
horses including Priamos, Bugatti Pedro, Piro, and Panama. Damsire
Wellington was reserve champion of the stallion testing in 1983
and went on to place 3rd in the National stallion competition
in 1985, 2nd in the 1987 competition, and 1st in the stallion
competition category C. He also starred in dressage at Z-level
and jumped nationally. He earned his "keur" predicate
by siring many "ster" and "keur" mares, and
approved stallions like Emilion, Farrington, and Glennridge.
He has also sired many international show jumpers like VDL Jupiter,
Jerome, SP Deka and What a Game. Wellington has also sired top
dressage horses like Bolvorms Ceylon and Luxaflex.
True to his
pedigree, Figaro B shows exceptional talent for both dressage
and show jumping. A powerful jumper, with beautiful
movement Figaro B should shine in both arenas. Adding a "10" temperament
to his talent and good looks, Figaro B should be an important
stallion in the future. Multi-talented, Figaro B will be lightly
ridden for the remainder of 2008, and should make his dressage
debut in the spring of 2009. We also hope to show in in the hunter
ring by the summer of 2009 before he gets back to his jumper
roots in 2010! Owned by Bobburk Farm, Figaro B will stand at
Rising Star Farm. His first foal will arrive in 2009. Figaro
B is EVA negative and vaccinated.
