Grandom
is the only
HanoverianGrannus son in the US. Grannus has
lifetime earnings of well over five million DM. The
offspring of this glossy black Hanoverian stallion
include seven Olympic horses, stars like Top Gun,
Imperial, Grannush, Grand Slam and more than 60
approved stallions. Grandom’s dam
Domina/Domspatz, same D line of Don Carlos and
Drosselklang (2001 stallion of the year), produced
the Grand Prix horses Doemitz/G. Wiltfang,
Domspatz 24/T.Frühman and the successful private
Stallions Domino, Domschatz and Celle stallion
Diskus. Grandom’s great great Dam SPS
Alsterröschen and Domspatz had licensed son Dux
Z who enjoyed international successes with Franke
Sloothaak and Michael Matz. Grandom stood and
performed in Belgium through GP level and gained
his BWP and VHW breeding approval through performance.
Grandom’s BWP offspring have been
sold internationally and several of his first
Hanoverian foals were selected for the Verden Elite
auction in Germany. His BWP offspringreport shows
Grandom to be very pre-potent for his type, movement
and fantastic temperament. Grandom has
very successful progeny with both TB mares as well
as warmblood mares and the ridability is superb.
After a Grand Prix career, Grandom is successful in
hunters with our daughter Susie and was AO hunter
division res. Champion at Rancho Murrieta and won
the Carousel Medal, Almaden Medal and the Norcal
senior Medal classes.
