Wish is an exciting young stallion
featuring proven jumping bloodlines from Europe. He was
imported in 2005 and lightly shown in hunter breeding in
hand and under saddle. He was never less than 2nd and
was named Best Young Horse under saddle at the 2006
American Royal Horse Show.
In 2007, Wish’s first foal crop arrived. They are amazing
babies! Remarkably similar, they all have Wish’s beautiful
head, long crested neck, short back, powerful hindquarters,
great shoulder slope and best of all, his mild disposition.
Also in 2007, Wish attended a BWP Keuring and received
his breeding license. The jury was impressed with his
movement and very excited about his scopey jump. They
thought he would make an excellent cross with
Thoroughbred or lighter warmblood mares as he has substantial
bone.
Like the Belgian jury, the Dutch jury was also
impressed with his disposition as well as his movement and jumping
talent. He received the highest score in the nation in the jumper
IBOP test during the Dutch Keuring tour.
For the future, Wish will start completing his BWP performance
requirements in
2008 by competing in the U.S. 5 yo Young Jumper classes. His foals
willl start
attending Keurings in 2008 as well.
